The most important document required for admission to a Belarusian Medical University is the Letter of Invitation to study at the University. It is based on this Invitation Letter that the Belarusian Embassy in New Delhi would grant Student Visa.
To obtain this Letter of Invitation following documents should be submitted to Ascend Global Consultants for processing:
a) Certificate of education (Class 12 in case of Indian students) with the list of subjects and grades. Minimum 50% marks in Biology, Chemistry and English. For some universities a similar percentage in Physics is also required. (Some universities may need 55% marks). The 12th Grade Certificate and Marks-sheet should be Apostilled by Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi, before submission. (Details on https://mea.gov.in/apostille.htm )
b) Medical certificate about the health condition and fitness for study at the medical university, issued by the official Health Authority of student’s native country;
c) Certificate about the absence of HIV infection, issued by the official Health Authority of student’s native country;
d) A copy of Birth Certificate, duly Apostilled by Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi;
e) 6 photos (3x4 cm)
f) Copy of Passport;
g) Once the documents are processed and the candidate is found eligible to study in the university, the candidate would be required to undergo a Centralized Admission Test in Biology, Chemistry and English either to be conducted in India or in Belarus. Minimum qualifying marks 55% in each subject tested.
h) Those candidates successfully qualifying the Centralized Admission Test will be issued Letters of Invitation to study at the university. For those appearing for Centralized Admission Test in Belarus, a conditional Letter of Invitation will be issued to enable the student to travel to Belarus to take the test. After qualitfying the Test, student visa will be granted in Belarus itself.

After Letter of Invitation is received
On receiving the Letter of Invitation, the candidate will book an air ticket for travel to Belarus and with the assistance of AGC representative will apply for Student Visa to Belarusian Embassy in New Delhi by filling the prescribed visa application form and attaching all the requisite documents. The Embassy will then process the application and issue visa which should normally take one week.
