OUR SERVICE CHARGES

Ascend Global Consultants will charge a one-time Service Charge plus VAT for its services rendered to the student for obtaining admission to a medical university in Belarus. The amount of Service Charge can be communicated in person to the interested candidates. The Service Charge will be paid in Indian Rupees directly into company’s bank account through normal banking channels.

It may be noted for the sake of clarity that this Service Charge will not cover the following:

• a) University fee and other obligatory charges associated with admission process.

• b) Student Visa fee or any other charges levied by the Belarussian Embassy

• c) Cost of air-ticket for travel to Belarus

• d) Any expenditure incurred by the student in settling down

The Service Charge will be paid to AGC in two equal instalments:

• a) 50% at the time of submitting the documents to AGC for processing to obtain Letter of Invitation. Processing of documents will start only after the payment is received in company’s account. 

• b) Balance 50% once the Letter of Invitation is ready for dispatch. It may be noted that the Letter of Invitation will be dispatched to the candidate only after he/she has deposited the balance of Service Charge in company’s account.

Note : It may be noted that Service Charge once paid is not refundable under any circumstances.
